"Marie Curie" High School – Pergine Valsugana
We are a state-run
school based in Pergine, Trentino, in the North of Italy (not far from Venice
and Verona). We currently have 887 students aged 14-19, 50 classes, and 127
teachers.
Our Institute comprises
technical schools, grammar schools, a vocational school for commerce and
tourism, as well as evening courses for student workers.
We are committed to
working against school dropout and towards quality in teaching and social
integration to form open-minded and sensitive European citizens.
We are currently looking
for international partners to form twinnings with or without exchange of
students and teachers. Our Institute is based in a beautiful area full of
mountains and forests and near ski slopes and lakes, so we could ideally share
curriculum-based projects as well as Physical Education-related projects.
